Random Health Check
April 11, 2009 at 10:28 pm | In family, health, partner, shopping | Leave a CommentThe company arranged for a free test on the recent Thursday. As usual, I’m always under the Under Weight category. The bad thing is, I’m way too under-weight liao.
I’m not sure how accurate was the test. On the checklist, it indicates that if BMI < 18.5 it’s “Underweight”. My BMI reading was 15.5. Then, another section it says “Standard body fat range for female under 30 years old is 17% to 24%”, and I have got 25.5%. My body fat exceeded the standard range. Karen asked me “Alice, where did your 25.5% fat goes??”. ahahahaha!!
Anyway, just returned home from some shopping *happy me, unhappy sg*. I psycho-ed Sg to get me a pair of DUPE flip flops from NUM. It’s super comfy but I don’t have spare cash la… Hehehee…
Had dinner with the family at Bugis today. Mom’s treat!
