Hospital:

On the recent Wednesday, I accompanied mom together with my 6th aunt to the hospital to visit 3rd aunt’s husband. He’s okay now. During our visit, there was another very nice elderly old man who I find quite pitiful. He has got diabeties (1 leg got removed) and he told his maid that he’s very “gek sim” with his wife and he feels like leaving the world already. When his maid was around, he happily talk to his maid, talk to the people in the ward. When his wife (old lady) arrived, he was very quiet and sleep it through. When he sneezed, the wife scold him “stop sneezing!”, but come on la.. how can you control sneezing right? Then he felt cold and politely asked if my 3rd aunt can help him to switch off the fan, the wife also scold “stop troubling others!”. When he’s lying down trying to sleep, the wife keep move him up and down with his daughter. How to sleep like that?? Haiz..

Samsung phones:

On Thursday, I accompanied Sg to Samsung Service Centre @ PS. His Omnia phone keep on having problem with the camera. Even if he take 1 picture, and it will be the only picture in his phone, it will pop out a msg to say “low memory” or something like that. Previously, we had sent it to Samsung Service Centre @ Causeway Point. We thought its okay, but NO!. Sg returned back to Causeway Point on Thursday before heading down to PS, the people say it’s the problem with motherboard. Then when send it to PS, they say motherboard no problem. SO what’s the problem? Since the phone is still so new and Sg has used it for less than a month, why can’t they change the problematic phone away? Sg is also losing his patience.

Anyway, at the Service Centre @ PS, majority of the consumers were actually throwing tantrum (even the male consumer) at the customer service girls. Most of them have made trips down more than once just to get the phone fixed and its not fixed properly. Some even questioned if they really serviced the phone, because when they got back their phones, they are still facing the same problem.

I have used Samsung phone before, it works okay. I don’t know what happen to their technical support now, its seems quite lousy. Seeing the situation myself, I don’t think I will purchase any Samsung phones in the near future.

While having some walk at PS, Sg got me a bubbly wrist rest from Action City. It’s pretty comfortable.
